| Orion Pre-Employment Surveys |
It’s easy to say “Hire for Attitude—Train for Skills.” It’s much harder to identify insubordinate or criminally dangerous attitudes before putting somebody on the payroll.
The ORION allows employers to gain accurate candidate assessments using a legal profiling tool, enabling them to broach important topics that otherwise would not be addressed in pre-hire interviews.
Mention your FBASD membership when you email Orion and receive a $5.00 discount. |
